Prologue :

The story began on February 2006 when 5 members of “Chow-Kit” Band, i.e.: Didi - Lead Guitar, Dhika - Bass, Birong - Vocal, Ade - Rhythm Guitar and Tama - Drum, came to Ibonk with 2 live-demo songs, whom then almost instantly signed in as the Band’s Manager. The band changed its name to “Jackass” and began to record its first demo album. That is when the metamorphosis of the band started ….

Birong and Tama signed out, Ibonk then took over the position as vocalist (which at the beginning was only for a temp, but then it carries on… ha ha !! ), until the first demo album (contains of 10 songs) completed by March 2006, subsequently followed by the second demo album (contains of 10 songs) by End of April 2006.

Mid June 2006, while the Band was getting prepared for the production of the third demo album, Dhika and Ade signed out..
And the Band had to change its name again to “Grey Ghosts” and then to “9-Lives !!” (because “Jackass” was already taken.. Huh !!). At the time, it was agreed that for the time being the band was not going to get replacements. For the completion of this third demo album (August 2006), the Band was assisted by players recruited among friends (thank’s guys !!).

By Juli 2008, the Band, which had recorded more than 100 demo songs, on its own started the production of a Mastered Copy of its Mini Album tittled “Pikiran Lelaki”, contains of 4 songs. On 18 September 2008, the band changed its name again (that’s it man, no more changes!!) to “The Knight”
